1. Delivery method

All Grape SEO services are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not available and not required for any service.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery timelines are stated per service on the service pages. Timelines are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays) and start from the date we receive the completed project brief, not from the payment date.

3. Delivery format

Deliverables are shared in Google Workspace formats (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to the email provided at checkout. File export to PDF or Excel is available on request.

4. Brief submission

After booking, you receive a project brief template within one business day. Return the completed brief to start work. If the brief requires clarification before work starts, we ask once before beginning.

5. Revision delivery

The revision round is delivered within 3 business days of receiving your revision request, provided the request is within the agreed scope.

6. Force majeure

Delivery may be delayed by events outside our control including major platform outages, natural disasters, or similar events. We will notify you promptly and agree a revised timeline in such cases.
