Six steps.

Book your service

Select a service or build a custom package using the package builder. Pay via Stripe. Your booking confirmation and project brief template arrive within one business day.

Return the brief

Fill in the brief template and return it. The template asks for your domain, access credentials (when needed), target keywords (if known), target market, and any context that helps. Delivery timeline starts from brief receipt, not from payment date.

Scope confirmation

For larger projects, we confirm the scope is achievable with the information provided before beginning. If anything in the brief needs clarification, we ask once before starting.

Work and updates

Most projects involve no interruption once started. For longer-running services like link campaigns, a weekly progress note confirms status. For shorter projects, you receive the deliverable without interim updates unless your input is required.

Delivery

Deliverables arrive in Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Google Slides depending on the service. Access is shared directly to the email from your booking. All deliverables are structured for your developer or internal team to implement directly.

Revision and close

One revision round is included in every project. Send your corrections within 5 business days of receiving the deliverable. Revisions within the agreed scope are returned within 3 business days. The project closes after revision. There is no pressure to rebook.

After we receive the completed brief. The delivery timeline starts from brief receipt, not from payment date. Booking confirms the slot and locks the price; the brief starts the clock.

For audits and on-page work, yes. Read-only Search Console access is requested for all SEO projects. CMS access is required for On-Page Optimisation. Link campaigns and content strategy do not require direct site access.

Scope changes after booking are treated as new project requests. The original project completes to its original scope. Extensions are priced and booked separately.

There is no hard deadline for brief return. We hold your booking indefinitely. If a project slot cannot be accommodated when a brief arrives late, we arrange a suitable alternative start date.

The Terms of Service on this site constitute the agreement. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you accept those terms. We do not issue separate contracts for standard projects.
