To process orders, deliver services, send invoices, respond to enquiries, and comply with Spanish tax law obligations.

4. Legal basis

Contract performance (when processing orders), legitimate interests (contact enquiries), and legal obligation (tax records).

5. How long we keep it

Order and billing records are retained for 7 years per Spanish tax law. Contact enquiries not resulting in an order are deleted after 12 months.

6. Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing (see stripe.com/privacy). We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
