Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation before work starts

If you request a cancellation before returning the completed project brief, a full refund is issued within 5 business days. The project brief is the signal that work has started.

2. After work starts

Once you have returned the project brief and we have confirmed work has started, refunds are not available. This applies regardless of how far into the project we are at the time of the request.

3. Partial refunds

Partial refunds are not offered under standard terms. If exceptional circumstances apply, contact hola@grapeseo.com to discuss.

4. Disputes

If you believe the delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope, contact hola@grapeseo.com with specific reference to the brief and deliverable. We aim to resolve scope disputes through the included revision process before any formal dispute procedure.

5. Digital service nature

By proceeding to checkout, you confirm that you understand these services are digital services and that your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law is waived once delivery begins per the Directive on consumer rights (Article 16(m)).

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@grapeseo.com with your order reference and the reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5 business days of approval.
